Minimum stay 5 nights, all rates for up to 4 people per apartment – additional person charge is 2,500 Yen per night. 4% credit card surcharge

Check in from 2pm and check out at 10am – early check in or late check out may be available and is subject to booking schedule. Daily cleaning available on request at additional charge of JPY5,000 per clean, complementary mid stay clean for 7 night stay. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

How To Book

To Secure The Booking
Once you are ready to confirm your booking and have read and agreed to our booking Terms and Conditions please send an email to info@casi67.com and include the following details- Arrival & departure date, preferred bed configuration – choice of single beds x 4 or king size beds x 2 per unit or any combination, total number of people staying and include the following text – “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions as listed at casi67.com”

At this point we will require either full payment to finalize the booking or a 20% deposit to reserve your preferred dates – full and final payment should be made at least 90 days prior to arrival at Casi 67. Payment for special offers and discounts is 100% at time of booking. If the final payment is not received Casi 67 may offer the reserved dates to other parties. We usually require payment up front for all specials.

Payments can be sent to either the Yen or Australian dollar bank accounts outlined in the payments section.

Confirmation
Casi 67 will send a confirmation email when a deposit is received, please check the details carefully at this time. We will also send an invoice via email once the booking is completed upon receipt of the final payment. Please note that availability is subject to change at anytime and your booking is not complete until the final payment is received.

Payment Details
We prefer to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard and will charge your card in AUD at the prevailing rate on the day of the transaction using the Citibank Japan quoted rate available at http://www.citibank.co.jp/en/index.html

Payments can also be made by bank transfer in JPY to Citibank Japan Limited Otemachi branch Swift Code – CITIJPJT account 369 5352 in the name of Martin Spann

OR in AUD to Citibank Japan Limited Otemachi branch Swift Code – CITIJPJT account 96156376…….In the comments field on the transfer add ” To be kept in AUD”

Any AUD amount will be converted from Yen at the prevailing exchange rate on the day the deposit is taken as published by the Citibank Japan web site and again on the day the final payment is made. All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and any deposit refunded will be done so less any bank charges incurred by Casi 67 in transferring the funds.

Final Payment Date
Full payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival, this will be noted on the first confirmation email sent by Casi 67 on receipt of the deposit. Reservations made within 90 days of arrival must be paid in full within 7 business days of acceptance of the Casi 67 quote.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will come into effect the day Casi 67 receives an email to notify us of cancellation of the booking and will be refunded at the following rates- More than 61 days to arrival 80% refund of total reservation price, 30 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% refund of total reservation price, less than 29 days no refund. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these charges under the terms of your insurance policy.

Cancellation By Casi67
Any cancellation made by Casi 67 however unlikely will result in a 100% refund of any money paid by the customer. If we have not received any balance of payments by the due dates we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund as per the schedule listed under “Cancellation Policy”.

Changes By Guests
Must be confirmed in writing and will come into effect the day they are received by Casi 67 and will be subject to availability and in the case that the number of nights is reduced or the number of guests is increased to exceed the property capacity causing a necessary change of property the above cancellation policy will apply.

1. MAKING A BOOKING
Casi 67 bookings are accepted subject to the services or accommodation applied for being available. Casi 67 and/or its agents reserve the right, without notice, to modify, cancel or withdraw any of the arrangements and in this event the full amount paid will be returned to the customer, and upon rendering the same, all liability of Casi 67 and/or its agents in respect thereof shall cease. Casi 67 and/or its agents reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a member of any party at any time.

2. PROPERTY DAMAGE
The lessee of Casi 67 accepts responsibility and will incur all costs for replacement or repair of any damage incurred to any facet of Casi 67 by the lessee or anybody in the lessees party or duty of care outside of normal wear and tear. Casi 67 staff will inspect the property before the guests check out. In the event where the property has been damaged the lessee will pay Casi 67 in full for any damage caused and the lessee authorizes Casi 67 to receive 2 quotes for restoration of the damage and charge the lower of the 2 quotes to the lessee’s credit card or deduct from any security deposit held on behalf of the lessee.

3. NO SMOKING POLICY
Casi 67 is a no smoking building and we reserve the right to evict from the building any person or party not adhering to this policy without a refund for any days remaining.

4. RESPONSIBILITY
Casi 67 shall not under any circumstances be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property, however caused, this also applies to any tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that they are in possession of the required travel documents and that they are in compliance with current Government and transportation companies’ regulations.

The right is also reserved to cancel or withdraw any tour, or any booking made for a guest, or to decline to accept any person as a member of a tour for any reason whatsoever. No refunds can be made in respect of accommodation and lift passes not used and under no circumstances can refunds be made for tours and sightseeing excursions not undertaken. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or exchange orders shall be deemed as consent to the above conditions.

5. PETS
Under no circumstances will pets be permitted to stay in Casi 67.

6. TRANSPORTATION
Casi 67 accepts no responsibility for customers transportation to and from Niseko-Hirafu and no refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if the customers are unable to arrive on the day of predetermined booking including travel being impaired by weather conditions and like wise. Casi 67 and/or its agents will not be responsible for providing additional accommodation in the event that customers are prevented from leaving Niseko-Hirafu and Casi 67 due to unforeseen circumstances including weather. In the event that Casi 67 can and do provide accommodation, regular rates will apply.

7. INSURANCE
Casi 67 strongly advises all guests to comprehensively insure themselves against medical expenses, personal accident, loss of deposit and cancellation fees, and also their baggage against damage, loss, theft, etc.

8. SNOW CONDITIONS
Casi 67 cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for snow conditions and no accommodation booking can be canceled, altered or amended on the basis of weather conditions.
